OCTOBER 29 HALLOWEEN

On Friday 29 October, and as in previous years, our school is filled with the spirits of Halloween. We decorate the halls and classes motif dark, terrifying theater represent and we painted faces and dressed up together with our teachers scary characters. Then we gather in the courtyard all classes and gave us candy.

TOUR OCTOBER 28 OCTOBER 21 Micropolix

On October 28 we made our first trip of the quarter. We went to Micropolix. We were

in the bullring, as usual, at 7:30. As always with the preparations we leave something later. At the time, and some stopped and as for breakfast (we can not go too long without taking anything "sweets") we continue our journey to Madrid, specifically to San Sebastian de los Reyes, where the headquarters of Micropolix. Micropolix is \u200b\u200ba city with its city hall, police, fire, recycling, nightclub, bibliteca, theaters .... but for children. At first you get a passport certifies you as a citizen of Micropolix and 50 Eurix. From there you will organize. You work to earn more money or spend it on buying things. Students passed it phenomenal.

After 2 half-hour stop for lunch and the 3 and some told that the activities were finished and we had to collect the bags to leave.

As we organize buses arrived and 4 and something we started back home. We stopped for tea "More goodies" and at 7 and a half we got home. Everything worked very well.

Vegan Mofo!

Hello!

November 1 was held on Vegan Day! and also all of November has become the month of veganism in many places. So much so that there is even a page called VEGAN MOFO vegan bloggers that convenes around the world to record and share their best vegan recipes on their blogs.

I already signed up and although I am still doing the master cleanse (I must confess that yesterday and day before yesterday I took a short break and ate something, but today I got back on track) I did not miss the opportunity to spend the link and you see hundreds of vegan food blogs there with delicious recipes!

I'll make a recap of some of my favorite recipes. Also, during these days that I have not eaten, I have been reading a lot! There are a number of blogs Padrisa have given me ideas that I want to do from here on out. Both in terms of new recipes to try, as a combination of exercise with the diet, new places to visit.

I think what I keep in the Master Cleanse, take the opportunity to share you some of these blogs they are super inspiring and always have some fun and interesting to give.

For now, my lemonade and I celebrate every day VEGAN MOFO November!
