On February 21, 2010 I went again to Mount Mountain Group Pozobal, this week playing the fabulous route Cárabes-meadows of Nava-Arenas de Cabrales completely unknown to me and that I really loved it.
After having breakfast in Cangas de Onis we headed carreterín Trescares and a place where the bus turned almost no cornering maneuver having to do more than one and a road tilt type Angliru and that more than one almost under the bus target of fear (this is true), I had no choice but to be congratulated for their skill driver tube up to the town of Cárabes since it is difficult to get into the car and of course they had commissioned a coach small because a large one does not rise or joke. From this point we observe the sharp rise ahead to the first ridge summit (640m), so slowly and taking small steps to not take the lungs through the mouth we came to that ridge where there is a hut in which we hope all come together to continue the march again, after collecting all and look for a good time all the panoramic view from this hut was observed with a breathtaking view of the Cares addition to all the southern seawall Cuera and peoples of Razagás, Ruenes and some more than just remember as always the Manolo's good that there is no peak or people that is escape.

I did not really want to be cooking and inventing recipes because it gives me a little nauseous.

And we're happier than ever! But one of the side effects of the first few months has been my reluctance to be in the kitchen, breathing mixtures of odors and the like.

seems that, fortunately, this is already happening and that gradually begin to regain my enthusiasm and my motivation to get creative making recipes and fun stuff. Or at least I hope so. In the meantime I have started with very simple things but full of flavor and nutrients.

So let's start with a delicious and nutritious

grapefruit juice.

I wonder if there may be somewhat easier to cut and squeeze a citrus fruit.

Yes, that easy, you cut it, squeeze it, serve it and you take it! Yummm!

On the other hand, one advantage of where I live is very far from here there are lots of vegetables and fruit, so when the season starts some of them in the streets you can buy strawberries, asparagus, guavas, oranges and a lot of things extremely cheap prices. And as the strawberry season has started, how about a delicious and refreshing

are very simple ingredients: strawberries, washed and disinfected water and if you prefer, a little sweetener (honey, agave, or whatever you prefer). Not for nothing, but this was fantastic and a lovely color (although the picture does not appreciate much).

And another thing that is in season is the asparagus. No doubt they are a treat for the palate in any of their presentations.

• 1 bunch asparagus, cleaned and disinfected, cut into 4 parts (remove the tips below which are usually very hard)
• 1 to 2 lemon (juice)
• Salt to taste
• red Chile powder
• 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
• slivered almonds (optional)

In a skillet put olive oil and when hot, saute the asparagus until they begin to change color. Add lemon juice, salt and chile. Stir all ingredients and serve with some sliced \u200b\u200balmonds for garnish. So easy, so fast and so delicious. The joke is not left long in the pan so they do not lose that crunch.


And finally, a rich salad steamed vegetables: squash, carrots and chayote with a little salt.

You see, I'm starting with simple things and do not involve much time and fragrance ingredients to avoid any mishap. The good news is that most wonderful sunny days come with that, I always get inspired to create and test different things.
