Fonsagrada-or cadaveric

Finally we turn again to gather the 41 pilgrims on June 19, 2010 at about half past seven we were all in the club wanting to start Fresneda This seventh stage, with a brief stop in Vegadeo for breakfast and buy bread for the ranch the day, we started back towards Fonsagrada as it had been an end of our last stage.
Once we left the bus in front of the hotel where we stayed last time and where they also sleep in the day we start our long and beautiful walk today due to O'Cadavo with a distance of 28 kilometers which have no great difficulty and are easy to walk.
A Fonsagrada output we take the right hand side of the cemetery of the village well signposted diversion that takes us into a small forest of great beauty and many who drive through today and tomorrow and then hit the road for a brief moment to re-introduce us to another small forest, bordered now Vilardongo and entered a magnificent pine forest so typical in this part of Galicia, soon undertake a whip higher and reach the ledge atop the ruins of the old hospital in Santiago Montouto XIV century, which was still running early twentieth century by the functions of the shelters current.
At this point and with considerable heat and make the first stop of the group next to the beautiful chapel where arem Montouto the photo of the whole group, after eating some fruit and spare forces continue our peaceful and pleasant place for a gentle descent that takes us for about four miles (from the 1070th 700m) to get through a beautiful forest that provides shade for us all this way to Paradavella, where we arrived at a magnificent inn run by a friendly Argentine giving us permission to eat at a nice porch that is beside the roadside with all the chickens loose among the people giving him a more pleasant character (see photo).

First day.

At about two o'clock in the afternoon and after the great food that we found with its corresponding sleeve coffee and a good shot of Galician white residue (pure delight in the whole area), we continued our way to O ' corpse.
At about this point we had covered half the walking path so that we already have chupao.
The big surprise of the day at least for me and I think for any more of the group was that after I got under his belt a huge sandwich with their beers (see photo, eye are not all mine), a beautiful shot of Marc Rich Gallego, was the impressive hill waiting for us with a blazing sun to climb Lastra, I think the organization did not tell us anything and we did it treason, but good charrada a bit and watching the beautiful countryside and stately homes we encountered along the way he went slowly gaining costs to the famous battle "The Couto" as well as the locals call it.
must be said that no more crown and a little before reaching Lastra, we were pleasantly surprised when we a beautiful chapel that like me most are the bars, shop, this particular bar called Xestoso run by very friendly guy with the pilgrims and seal you apart from the card-shop these bars serve beer firewall when you get exhausted from stress and heat, the truth that as thanks.
In Lastra we waited for the bus in case anyone wanted to leave some clothes and wanted to end the stage today, but I do not think anyone set abandonment and all the way O'cadavo proceeded at this point but continue to rise without being cruel climb that had nothing to eat, and we only have six miles to O'cadavo which are rather heavy for the sun of justice will punish us and because the village is located in a hollow and do not see until they almost above him, then finally after climbing the last steep slope between a big day finally spotted pine O'cadavo small town that is the final stage today.
As at about half past six p.m. we be victorious in this town, do the input for the wide plaza of the town where in a cafe in the town Jesus Carabanzo of the club's board was received by the Lord Mayor of Fonsagrada between hugs and Councillor for Tourism and Leisure, which sealed the credentials in the bathroom (see photo of the great reception). Well
after Hugs and have taken a fresh beer that we had won by far, we took the bus and Fonsagrada have ourselves a good shower repair and give back to the magnificent pueblín of Fonsagrada.

O'CALDEIRA

A couple of days walking through the beautiful Galicia as was our case go far and spend pipe, so if ever you actually go to Fonsagrada not miss this sanctuary of octopus called O 'Caldeira.
Already in the previous stage by finishing so late the route we were unable to go to dinner at this great restaurant but this time it advised a group of pilgrims to the organization that did not have us for dinner at the hotel we wanted to a real tribute octopus and Ribeiro and it was.
After a good shower in the hotel we met the eight friends in the cafeteria and we set off, first a small stroll through the streets of the pretty village of Fonsagrada following the trail of a real winch people who did not take long to find and where we could quench our thirst for pilgrim holding on good jugs fresquín ribeiro entering only (all but Paula is in the league anti-alcohol).
After quenching thirst and a bit more relaxed and we went to one of the best temples of the octopus that exists all over Galicia, now finally have dinner at O'Caldeira.
The front bar looks discreet in a small town square, while calling upon entering table for all I'm already a skewer Tapin xoubas pie they had in the bar that broke with corduroy. When you get to the dining
is at the top Look at the kitchen, like a pair of pink ladies and well into meat and take nice sea octopuses in copper basins with skill and expertise that the split with scissors and carefully put the pieces of so worthy a delicacy in wooden plates and sprinkle with good olive oil, a delicious paprika not forget the salt and fat that gives the sublime touch to this dish (you're making me mouth water remember, sorry but I have to clean), I press on, well we sat at a table very kindly offered the owner of the premises and what was our surprise when we saw that not only we who were dining in so majestic place unless I believe that there were nearly a quarter of all those who had gone to the stage today.
As truly wanted was to eat squid, octopus ask more octopus and a little octopus, cachéelos and some peppers to accompany the standard that can never fail, all washed down with a few jars of fresh ribeiro entered as candy. While having dinner
people come to get our tour at the end were a lot of peers with cafes and huge bottles of shots that put us just put all comrades and making a few laughs, what more could you ask for in a dinner fellow pilgrims. Lastly
we all went to have a drink at local pub but hey it already is too big to tell here ha, ha, ha .....
