Spilled Water On Memory Foam Mattress

Salad Going raw in Vegas!

Hello!

No more long weekend = '(and everything returns to normal. However, having enjoyed a few days in Las Vegas was delicious.

We arrived on Saturday, just before sunset and we had the opportunity to see how they would gradually turning on the lights of the city that never sleeps. It's amazing as follows and continues to grow, from year to year. New casinos, restaurants, buffets, residential areas, shows, presentations, poof! As much and not enough time to visit and enjoy everything this city has to offer the tourist.

And as we near the Thanksgiving ( Thanksgiving) and Christmas , and many casinos were decorated according to the holidays. Some with huge pumpkins and scarecrow

and others with no less huge Christmas trees and hanging from the ceiling areas.

In fact, travel at this time, any place is a premium for the decor and atmosphere that is generated in the hotels.

Look at this tree in the shape of an old sage:

After settling in the hotel it was time to go visit some of the buffets that are so famous in this city. Salad bars wholesale, international food stations and dessert bars were constant everywhere. You can not really be hungry here and is tempted to eat and eat and eat, just wanting to try a little of everything.

Henry and I decided on Sunday to seek a slightly healthier option, and we just seen days before on the Internet that there were two raw vegan restaurants (Raw ) in Vegas, so we went to look for testing.

Yey! my second visit to a raw vegan restaurant in two months!
(To read about my first visit to Euphoria loves Rawvolution gives click here.)

The restaurant is called Go Raw and also have an organic salad bar has a la carte more elaborate as enchiladas, pizza, "beans", hummus, tacos, wraps and desserts.

One of the funniest things and was curious to have a Mexicali's call pizza pizza and a combination platter of dishes called Mexicali's platter.

What a coincidence! we live in Mexicali.
And I thought that Mexicali was not a well-known and that the name was not very popular.

Ah! by the way, also in central Stockholm some years ago, I saw a cafe called Mexicali, I could not visit him because the day we went was closed, but at least I could take her picture.

seems to Mexicali is more international than I thought. = O)

But back to Go Raw Las Vegas, Enrique asked one Mexicali's pizza and I had a enchilada.

And here are my impressions:

  • The pizza was rich, had a thick, cheese-style "Mexican", "cream, tomato and some sprouts. However, it could not identify which was the combination of seeds having the base.
  • The enchilada was made of "tortilla" stuffed with "beans" and accompanied by "rice, guacamole, and" beans. " WOW! was delicious, the consistency of the tortilla and beans made it appear that it was actually an enchilada.
  • had a little cream, pico de gallo on top and some crackers to go with the guacamole. A Henry also liked my dish, and although we did our best, we could not decipher the ingredients of everything, except for the guacamole, o)
  • We really liked the food, especially because we test new things and nothing like what we had tried before or homemade.
  • prices hovered between $ 8 to $ 16, desserts $ 7.
  • I liked that they were quick to bring us food and it was funny to hear that the cooks were Mexican.
  • Best of the food was ... THE DESSERT! ! pay a fine of "cheese" with chocolate and a hint of lemon that was literally finger-licking.

DELICIOUS!!
  • In short, the best dessert I've tasted in a long time, taking into account individual dessert buffets where we ate the other day.
    That
  • delight Cream consistency and a touch of lemon Acidito, but in contrast to the sweetness of chocolate. The ingredients were quite familiar to the other cakes I've made raw with execpt that this had somewhere sunflower seeds. So try to recreate it to see if I get just as good ... or more o)
  • As we only half the portion of two main dishes we thought maybe we'd be hungry. However, as the food had nuts and seeds, plus vegetables, were more than satisfied. So much so that We achieved a perfect dessert for two.
  • certainly would return to this restaurant, and on a scale of 1 to 10 would give it a 9 because the girl on the box was not very nice to say and they could serve with a little salad dishes for make them a complete meal.
Anyway, after trying your luck at the casinos, delicious to eat, walk and enjoy the architecture and art, we returned home ready to plan our next visit to this city that never ceases to amaze.

And say a famous Mexican television in the 80's, smiles and strength ( lucky? ) will

Thank you for visiting my blog and we read soon.

Namaste,

Lau-raw = o)
