Mucus Spotting Before Period

6 th Stage Major Salim-Fonsagrada

At about half past seven we were on foot , we prepared and went down to breakfast at the hotel dining room were not the first and had plenty of companions at breakfast, the theme of the evening was none other than ruin the day we had again, just in time breakfast was dropping a tremendous downpour and top with a strong wind.
After the great breakfast and spare us put our strength for today's stage, at about nine o'clock and the bus was picking us to lead to large Salime starting point for the beautiful stage today, May 9, 2010 . The path to large
Salime on the bus was really devastating for the amount of water that was falling at the time, but good nonetheless our arrival at Grand seemed that things would calm down a bit. Grandas
Once we get ready we take umbrellas and raincoats and get ready to tackle the 26.7 miles from today, we gather at City Hall and walk to that.
first collegiate pass for that is dedicated to San Salvador, is the most notable building in the village of Grand.
Built probably in the twelfth century, donated by Fernando II, or early next century, during the pilgrimage of Alfonso IX in 1222, in which the King would station in the town.
Once in town we passed through the AS-28 (in this day we will have to walk a few miles by road). We ascend and come to the Farrapa Cerejeira first and then alternating the road and a series of parallel paths till the soul flooded by rain fall these days but with spectacular views. Castro Met, where there is a beautiful chapel (see photo), this town has shelter and is well known for its Celtic settlement (see photo) from Chao Samartín where did the first stop of the day and where we were waiting for the bus if needed something, we go ahead without rain, and oddly enough a half hour we passed the chapel of San Lorenzo, but once we went back to the AS-28 to the height of Gestoselo, at this point we all group together to begin Acebo climb to port (1,024 meters).

Collegiate Church of San Salvador (Grandas of Salime)

Early in the morning were putting the market on Sunday morning with more than unpleasant.

Salime Grandas City Council, the starting point of the stage.

The first leg of the route is always trying to avoid the road but in the end there are areas we have no choice but to leave it.

The beautiful chapel of the town of Castro.

Castro's famous Chao Samartín and talk about them both Isabel San Sebastián in his book Astur

Acebo
The rise has nothing to do with the broken leg yesterday, this port is much milder slopes and needless to say, most boring. The AS-28 begins to climb steeply from Gestoselo and goes up to Peñafuente (10.5 km of the stage), at this point we leave the asphalt road we take a well-marked with shell that leads to a highway to where we can play the high hand almost like yesterday in the windmills so abundant throughout the area.
In the high and then regroup all that with the rise was again quite apart from each other, once cooled a bit and disfrutado de un pequeño de rayo de sol que salía tímidamente entre las nubes emprendemos de nuevo nuestro camino hacia tierras gallegas.
I personally winches better step in the churches.
Gradually the time is improving and we Fonfría gentle descent, people who once had a hospital for pilgrims in a building that today is dedicated to housing, in this town is where we had lunch stop was at a CatroVentos wonderful restaurant called where they gave us the perfect refreshment for lunch once and eaten and rested a bit, we started the final leg of the route, at this point and only 18 of the 55 we start, the miles are taking their toll on separate people and not accompanied by a long time. We made our way

and reaching Paradanova (24.8 km of the stage), and the panoramic Fonsagrada houses at the top, starting the last effort of the day. A tough hill by a road parallel to the road that is saved with determination just by looking at the closeness of our destiny. At the entrance to Fonsagrada legs take you directly to the first bar, where they want to finish with its water, juice or beer and where I sealed the card again. Fluid replacement after we went to the bus where we were waiting to take us back Ricardo Asturias.
