My Mole Hurts The Area

Fuexos Brañavalera 1.483m (and go twice this year) Head Road

Mak Laura and the covers of Brañavalera.

This beautiful route, the agency had made in February with a winter snowfall and awesome and I have described in the blog (http://pablolaragijon.blogspot.com/2010/02/branavalera) so I will not explain much, but as the day November 6, 2010 we wanted to take a nice walk to see the autumn in all its glory and no one else in the group had gone to these peaks we decided to visit the famous Brañavalera and Manolete.
Dred I do not think we could take a day so spectacular for the dates we're both temperature and the sun and especially the depth of field that had to look around the stunning landscape that is both from the Alto de la Cobertoria as from the two peaks.
views could not be more spectacular, to the side and watching us all the way to the impressive Peña Rueda its pyramidal shape, just behind the Ubiñas it behind us the unmistakable Aram Gamoniteiru antennas and on the other hand the spectacular Picos de Europa and just below us the beautiful valley of Quiros.
to this magnificent mountain day we met, Rafa, Paco, Carlos, Laura, Pher, which was the first time was with us and I think with us more times, mak (Laura's dog) and witch lerenda.
After breakfast everyone Proaza at about half past nine put toward the top of the car where we left Cobertoria

The autumn scenery was magnificent throughout the route.

Throughout
way we found lots of horses.

last meters before reaching the top.

The Manolete.

In the summit.

From the height of the Cobertoria began to walk toward S, the ridge of the peak Bildeo by the side of the valley de Quiros, to pass to the opposite side soon. Then you walk by a continuous ridge height, to meet the track by the dacha down the road from The Sticks QU-5. We continue to track SE direction, bordering Las Colinas The Fountain and the Pico La Balsa to swerve around to the east Porciles We soon reached the Mayau of Brañavalera where we take to leave our backpacks in the cottage there is so you can climb the peak without weight for NE direction. Chagua meet the lake, and climbing the last lean, peak Brañavalera.
after submitting the required pictures in the two peaks we go down quietly to the cabin where we hoped Rafa did not want to go to once all together (a few others got there first) take a vermutín all together in this cottage with a unbeatable sun and temperature, once filled a little crop and satisfied the secañu wineskin with us quietly and slowly headed back to the top of the Cobertoria.
changed clothes and shoes (mud up to his ears), and an impressive thirst we headed to a beer at one of my favorite places in Santa Marina Quiros specifically, the bar store El Rubio, do not miss this site very much worth the effort.
calmer now and then off the fire with a good rod and said a little wonderful day we headed Barcana mountain where we charge our coveted pittance.

A site that I love El Rubio.

Bar-restaurant El Texu
Or an honest eatery had abandoned.

Whenever I go to eat at Casa Jamall Barzana always pick for me is one of the best houses in Asturias guisanderas and an unbeatable value for money as the deal of their owners.
That was one of the reasons why I never eat approach to this magnificent winch and the other reason is because I believe that there is no more ugly bar across the valley Quirós, but the truth does not matter when eat but sometimes I check back.

currusco "bread spread that one in a pot of tripe? Well said and done, run the winch and enjoy the Texu Cojonudos a callus as God intended.
winch manage it a wonderful quirosana family, hairy-chested guisanderos not budge to any onions or peppers chorizo. Here
staff work as feeding boars equally well to all its large customers; farmers who come to the outfits to eat their wonderful pot, dealers and salesmen that are snapping up its succulent pork.
The winch is the living spirit of a quarrelsome family working as champions. What do you take?, "Wine?, Fresh cider for my good old Rafa said wanting to take a bum. Fresh and homemade wine
others say in a moment we were seated and ordered food, incredible efficiency and friendliness of the waiter who attended us. Well
short roll and the magnificent story of the house specialties, do not lose the tone, ask a really great homemade pot with a sausage insurmountable as we did, eat some tripe tiny size of frying pan with patatin insurmountable, try the wild boar, and cabritu corderu in perfect condition and with a wonderful sauce, you will see that the background is a small dining room, which was where we ate so caught sitting place for securing the bulk of the festival, go, go!, and enjoy as we all of us.

caught before splitting the card and do not forget this site was very ugly as it happened to me in sheep.

Pablo Lara.
